Tier 1 is our school-wide intervention support. Within our climate and culture committee, we have: an administrator, teachers, parents, students, counselors, support staff, and community stakeholders. Our goal is to reach every student and provide them with the lessons and skills to meet school behavior expectations: Responsible, Honorable, Mature and Safe. At this level, we can effectively teach appropriate behavior to all students. At the Tier 1 level, we use data-based decision-making to best provide services and needs for our school climate.
